Registration Form

To register for an Ayllusuyu event, please fill out this form in the spaces shown below. For more information on the event or events you are registering for, please call the number or write to the e-mail address shown below. Upon registration for the workshops of two or more days and the trips, you will receive a packing list, along with detailed information. If you are registering for more than one event, please make each deposit individually, rather than all in one check or money order. Please feel free to make copies of this form if you are registering for more than one event. Checks or money orders should be made out to Fran Russo and sent to the mailing address shown below. Deposits for each event are listed, unless specified otherwise, as follows:

For class courses and one-day workshops: $25.00

For three-day workshops: $100.00

For one-week trips: $200.00 For two-week trips: $600.00

Full payment is expected before each event. Please note that registration for the trips must be made, at least, at least, four months prior to the trip and full payment, at least, one and a half months prior to the trip. This is to ensure your air travel as well as specifics in Peru. If you are considering joining us on these trips, yet have concerns about this, please call me at the number shown below.
