SEPTEMBER 20 TO 29, 2009
This is a place of mystery beyond time.
Places where shamans dwelled and worked with the Sacred Ancients of Peru.
Come join us as we work in sacred ceremony in
the living Temples of The Sun and The Moon,
in the Sacred Temples of the Moche people

DAY 1  9/20:   We fly from Newark to Lima, where we stay until our flight to Trujillo in the morning.
DAY 2  9/21:    We fly from Lima to Trujillo, where we stay at The Huanchaco Beach Hotel.  We have the time to come to know the energetics of this ancient place in preparation for the sacred ceremonies we will have at the sacred temples we will be going to.
DAY 3  9/22:   Today, we go to the Moche Pyramids of Huaca de la Luna and Huaca del Sol, where we honor Inti Tayta (Father Sun) and Mama Killa (Mother Moon).
DAY 4  9/23:    Chan Chan is where we go today.  This is one of the largest pre-Columbian sites, built by the Chimu.  Then, we go to Huaca del Dragon and Huaca la Esmeralda, two more Moche Pyramids.
DAY 5  9/24:
We drive from Trujillo to Chiclayo. On the way, we stop at Huaca del Brujo, the sacred site of a woman shaman. After that, we go to Pacatnamu, the place where it is said the Andean Gods first came to this world.
DAY 6  9/25:    This is our first day in Chiclayo, where we stay at the Chiclayo Inti Inn Hotel.  We go to Tucume, considered to be the center of the Lambayeque culture, with several pyramids including Huaca Larga, at this site.  We give honor and respect to the spirits of the ancients on the mountain that protects the area.
DAY 7  9/26:    We go to the twin pyramids of Sipan, the burial site of kings and the grave site of El Senor de Sipan, a Mochica priest along with a shaman, a llama, and a dog. We will visit the Mercado Modelo, where there are a number of shops for shamans and healers as well as other goods.
DAY 8  9/27:    Today, we return to Lima, where we stay at the Maria Angola Hotel in the Miraflores area, above the city.  Once we are settled in, we go to Museo de el Oro de Peru.
DAY 9  9/28:    We go to the pyramids of Pachacamac, a large complex of sacred temples including Casa de las Mamaconas, the house of the chosen women, and Templo de Pachacama, the Sun God.  When we return to Miraflores, we can visit the local marketplaces.  This night, we go out for dinner to celebrate the journey we have just undertaken.
DAY 10 9/29:    We return to the airport in Lima for our flight back to the USA.

The cost for this journey, without  airfare, is $2,400.00 (price is based on six people; if less than six people, price will increase). This includes, but not limited to, all hotel accommodations, all land and water transportation, all guides, porters, some meals, as stated, in hotels, transfers, all entry and excursion fees.  Not included: airport arrival and departure taxes, all international and in-Peru air travel, tipping of guides and porters, shamans’ ceremonies, any personal expenditure, miscellaneous expenses. Due to the high cost and fluctuations of the airfare, a deposit of $1,500.00 is required. This deposit ensures your reservation in this journey and to purchase your airfare. Your deposit is in addition to the above price.   This deposit includes all international and in-Peru air travel.  Please note that the airfare is subject to price fluctuation.  Please note that, by sending in your deposit right away, the chances that we will not lose the best airfare prices we can get are increased.  If I do not receive your deposit very shortly, it is likely we will lose this airfare price and the cost will have to go up.  Itinerary and accommodations are subject to change depending on weather, festivities, etc.. You will receive a packing list and pre-departure information upon receipt of your registration and deposit.   Please be sure that your passport is up to date and, if it is not or you don’t have one, I suggest that you get it updated or apply for one now.  You will get your visa upon arrival in Lima.

By sending in your deposit, you have accepted the invitation that Peru has sent you.
That manifests the clear path to Peru and helps to remove
all obstacles out of your way.
