MESA: THE SHAMAN'S ALTAR
In this two-day workshop, you will have the opportunity to gain a basic understanding of the mesa on the first day and be able to work with the mesa on the second ay. On the first day, we will go into what a mesa is and how a mesa comes to you. You can gain a better understanding of how your relationship with a mesa can enhance and strengthen your connection with nature and with all.
On the second ay, we will work with the mesa in its different uses - healing work, tracking, guidance, journeying as well as others. If you have already attended the basic one-day mesa class, you do not have to take that one again. You can take the second experiential day only, if you prefer. However, if you have not attended the basic class, it is requited that you come to that one before you can join the experiential day. If you do not' have a mesa, but would like to come anyway, it is quite possible that you already have the makings of a mesa.
